Recommendations for electricity use
Company specialists advise Ukrainians to approach electricity consumption rationally, especially during the evening peak from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. To reduce the load on the energy system, energy-intensive household processes, such as washing, cooking, or using power tools, are recommended to be postponed to daytime hours from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
“Tomorrow, on Friday, no consumption restriction measures are planned.”
Electricity supply situation in the regions
At the same time, according to Ukrenergo, as of the morning of May 28, over 350 settlements in ten regions remained without electricity due to severe weather conditions. In addition, power outages for consumers have been recorded in four regions due to missile strikes by the Russian Federation.
The company urges citizens to remain attentive to official messages and to follow energy-saving advice for the stable operation of the country’s energy system.
