Features of the New Service for Veterans
The new initiative was presented during a conference dedicated to the reintegration of defenders after service. The main focus is on those who, due to health conditions or undergoing rehabilitation, are unable to visit a bank branch independently. The new model allows for personalized support in the most accessible way.
Clients in need of assistance can now take advantage of mobile banking services at the following locations:
- military hospitals and clinics,
- rehabilitation centers,
- veteran spaces,
- specialized locations in communities.
Integration of Financial Services into the Rehabilitation System
Bank employees will come directly to the specified institutions and provide basic financial services on-site during treatment or recovery. “PrivatBank” emphasizes that this service is part of a broader program to support veterans and collaborate with the government, within which financial services are integrated into the rehabilitation and social adaptation process for military personnel.
At the same time, the government has improved two main digital services for veterans: now, through the “Diia” portal, one can obtain an instant e-Veteran ID and check their electronic file in the relevant registry.
