Official and Market Exchange Rates of the Dollar and Euro in Ukraine on June 5, 2026

The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rates for Friday, June 5, 2026. The exchange rate for the US dollar is 44.37 hryvnias, which is slightly higher compared to the previous day (44.34 UAH on June 4). The official exchange rate for the euro has also increased and stands at 51.66 hryvnias (up from 51.52 UAH on June 4).

Exchange Rates in Banks and Exchange Offices

In Ukrainian banks, the weighted average exchange rate for buying and selling the dollar ranges from 44.06 to 44.57 UAH per dollar. For the euro, these figures are 51.25 to 51.97 UAH. In currency exchange points, the cash exchange rate on June 5 is 44.20 to 44.30 UAH for the US dollar and 51.65 to 51.85 UAH for the euro.

Card Transaction Rates in Leading Banks

Card transactions in PrivatBank are conducted at a rate of 44.10 to 44.64 UAH/$ and 51.23 to 51.81 UAH/EUR. In monobank, the buying and selling of dollars occurs at a rate of 44.15 to 44.63 UAH/$, while for euros, it is 51.30 to 51.99 UAH/EUR.

“In the draft state budget for 2026, the government sets the projected average annual exchange rate of the hryvnia to the dollar at 45.6 UAH/$.”
