In the last six months, a significant number of Ukrainian cities have recorded an increase in prices for one-bedroom housing, with the most notable changes occurring in Uzhhorod. Here, the average cost of a one-bedroom apartment has risen by 19%, reaching a mark of $64,100.

Where to Buy the Most Expensive and the Cheapest One-Bedroom Apartments
On the secondary market in Ukraine, the price of one-bedroom apartments ranges from $17,000 to $65,000. The most affordable offers have been found in Zaporizhzhia, averaging $17,000. Other cities with relatively low prices include:
- Mykolaiv – $20,000;
- Kharkiv – $22,000;
- Sumy – $23,000.
The highest prices are recorded in Kyiv, averaging $65,000. Cities with expensive apartments also include:
- Lviv – $64,900;
- Uzhhorod – $64,100;
- Chernivtsi – $52,900;
- Rivne – $50,000.
Price Dynamics in Different Regions
In addition to Uzhhorod, a noticeable increase in the cost of one-bedroom apartments has been observed in other cities over the past six months. In Sumy, prices have risen by 15%, while in Dnipro and Odesa, the increase is 13%. Growth has also been recorded in:
- Chernivtsi – 12%;
- Rivne – 11%;
- Kharkiv – 10%;
- Zhytomyr – 9%;
- Kyiv and Chernihiv – 8% each.

At the same time, a decrease in the cost of one-bedroom apartments has been recorded in only one city – Mykolaiv, where the price has dropped by 5%.
