Price Differences in Various Districts of Kyiv
The most affordable housing in the secondary market is offered in the Desnyanskyi district. The average price of a one-bedroom apartment without renovation here is about 33 thousand dollars, while with renovation it is 43.9 thousand dollars.
The Sviatoshynskyi district ranks second in affordability: the average cost of an apartment without renovation here is 45 thousand dollars, and with renovation it is 56 thousand dollars. The Solomianskyi district takes third place, where prices for housing without renovation are 43.4 thousand dollars, and with renovation they are 69 thousand dollars.
Most Expensive Districts of the Capital
The highest housing prices are recorded in the Pecherskyi district, where a one-bedroom apartment without renovation costs 115.8 thousand dollars, and with renovation it is 132 thousand dollars. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, prices also remain high: 80.7 thousand dollars for an apartment without renovation and 99 thousand dollars with renovation. In the Podilskyi district, a one-bedroom apartment without renovation costs 64 thousand dollars, while with renovation it is 91.1 thousand dollars. The Holosiivskyi district offers apartments for 57 thousand dollars without renovation and 85 thousand dollars with renovation.
