President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the importance of support from Norway and the significance of further cooperation for winter preparation. The Ukrainian side highly appreciates this contribution, especially under the current circumstances, when the country’s energy infrastructure faces constant challenges.

Expansion of the Compensation Program and Update of Border Crossing Rules
In addition to energy issues, discussions are ongoing regarding the expansion of the state program “eRecovery,” which will increase opportunities for compensating citizens for property losses in temporarily occupied territories.
The government is also planning to update the rules for leaving the country for certain categories of men. A meeting of the government is expected to approve new border crossing regulations for men aged 18 to 22. All details have already been agreed upon with the military command, and the new measures will come into effect soon.
