The geography of non-residential construction has shifted westward and to the center of Ukraine, with noticeable leaders among the regions: Kyiv, Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia. Against the backdrop of these positive changes, there is a significant decline in construction in the previously industrially developed eastern and southern regions, such as Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Odesa.
