Infrastructure and Technology Features of the Complex

The new hub will combine innovative solutions for the storage and processing of products in various temperature regimes: from deep freezing to refrigerated and dry warehouses. The complex will be equipped with modern energy-efficient technologies, automated systems, and will meet international standards. The power supply capacity will reach 3.5 MW, with the possibility of incorporating renewable energy sources. The total area of FROST HUB Vinnytsia will be 17,000 square meters, and the project will be implemented in two phases.

Timeline and Significance for the Region

Investors plan to complete the design of the facility by the end of 2025, with construction work set to begin in the spring of 2026. The commissioning of the first phase of the multi-temperature warehouse is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

“The project will strengthen Vinnytsia’s position as a key logistics center in Ukraine, provide new opportunities for the agricultural sector, retail, and pharmaceuticals, and integrate the region into the European logistics network.”

The new logistics hub is expected to significantly expand Vinnytsia’s logistics potential, contribute to the development of the local economy, and enhance the region’s attractiveness for national and European partners.
