The State Customs Service of Ukraine warns of temporary delays at three border crossing points with Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania. The inspection of vehicle scales will take place from April 17 to April 24 and, according to the branch of “Ukrinteravtoservice-Zakarpattia”, will be conducted at the crossing points

The customs authority recommends that truck carriers consider potential delays during the metrological calibration at these checkpoints. This is important for planning logistics operations, as delays may affect the delivery schedule of goods.
It is worth noting that recently Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced the opening of a new crossing point on the border between Ukraine and Hungary called “Velyka Palad’ – Nodyhodosh”, which will also improve transportation links between the countries.
