According to a statement from the Lviv City Council, the relevant project documentation has already been approved. An international tender for the execution of the works will be announced soon, as grant funding from the French government is expected to be involved in the project’s implementation.
“This is an important project for the residents of Mykolaychuka Street and for everyone who uses the services of the First Medical Association of Lviv. In particular, for patients of the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center… where our soldiers and war-affected Ukrainians receive treatment and rehabilitation,” the statement reads.
Overall, the project involves the reconstruction of a 2.6 km long road, and the work will be carried out in stages.
Additionally, a floating solar power plant (SPP) is planned to be built on the Teteriv River in the Zhytomyr region. It is expected that its capacity will be 40 MW, which will meet a large portion of Zhytomyr’s energy needs. According to the government initiative “United Communities Headquarters,” the city requires about 55 MW for economical use, and up to 85 MW for the stable operation of the entire energy system.
