The state company “Ukrzaliznytsia” has announced the launch of additional passenger trains on the Kyiv – Lviv and Lviv – Odesa routes in September 2025. Tickets are already available for purchase through the mobile app, on the carrier’s official website, and at railway station ticket offices.

Schedule of Additional Trains and Departure Dates
- Train No. 168/167 Lviv – Odesa: departures from Lviv and Odesa are scheduled for September 14 and 21.
- Train No. 243/244 Kyiv – Lviv: services from Kyiv and Lviv will take place on September 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, and 27.
- Train No. 289/290 Kyiv – Lviv: departs from Kyiv and Lviv on September 28.

The additional trains are serviced by compartment cars, specially adapted for daytime travel in a seated format, which enhances passenger comfort. When booking tickets, it is recommended to carefully check the seating layout: odd numbers correspond to window seats, while even numbers are closer to the aisle.
