The most common price for housing in new buildings, according to analysts, is 22,400 UAH per square meter — this price accounts for 8% of real estate listings. Other popular prices include:
- 25,200 UAH — 7.2% of listings;
- 19,600 UAH — 6.8% of listings.
In the cheapest segment, there are listings for apartments with prices based on a square meter cost of 8,400 UAH, but their share is only 0.3%.
Price Differences in Kyiv Districts
The cost per square meter ranges from an average of 40,050 to 109,950 UAH, indicating a difference of 70,000 UAH. In the most expensive district, one can buy nearly 3 square meters in the cheapest area. The lowest prices are recorded in the Desnyansky district — averaging 40,050 UAH per square meter, as well as in the Darnytsky district — 42,000 UAH.
