Logistics Optimization and Investment in Development

To achieve these results, the company is actively investing in the improvement of logistics processes and effectively managing risks. Grain Power has optimized transportation routes between the deep-water ports of the Black Sea and railway lines, significantly reducing the turnaround time for wagons and vessels. This has positively impacted the business’s margins even in challenging market conditions.

The State of Ukraine’s Agricultural Exports in 2025

Agricultural market experts predict that in 2025, the total grain exports from Ukraine may exceed 40.9 million tons. The vast majority, about 90% of agricultural products, is exported by sea. Despite regular missile attacks from the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian maritime corridor continues to operate, ensuring stable supplies to global markets.

The company emphasized that in the first half of 2025, it was able to optimize routes between the deep-water Black Sea ports and the railway, which allowed for a reduction in the turnaround time for wagons and vessels.
