The state company “Ukrposhta” has presented a new postal medal stamp titled “To the Defender of the Fatherland” in honor of Defender’s Day for defenders of Ukraine. The release of this stamp took place within the framework of the “Awards of Ukraine” series.

Medal Stamp in Honor of Ukraine’s Heroes
According to the company’s CEO Igor Smilyansky, the medal “To the Defender of the Fatherland” has honored over 10,000 Ukrainian defenders during the full-scale war from 2022 to 2025.
“On Defender’s Day for the defenders of Ukraine, ‘Ukrposhta’ today released a stamp from the ‘Awards of Ukraine’ series — the medal ‘To the Defender of the Fatherland’. This medal has been awarded to over 10,000 of our heroes during the full-scale invasion from 2022 to 2025,” noted the company’s CEO Igor Smilyansky.
Details of the Release and Sale
The print run of the new postal stamp is 300,000 copies. Starting today, the stamp can be purchased at ‘Ukrposhta’ branches, specialized philatelic shops, and online. The cost of one sheet is 120 hryvnias.
