Ukraine continues to develop its network of industrial parks, and another powerful facility has been added to the state register – the industrial park “Uladivka AgroOil Hub” in the Vinnytsia region. The project aims to significantly enhance the industrial potential of the region and create up to 375 new jobs.

Parameters and Specialization of the New Industrial Park
The park will be located in the village of Uladivka in the Khmilnytskyi district, covering an area of over 15.6 hectares. Its operations are planned for the next 40 years. The main focus is on the development of processing industry enterprises, particularly in the production of oils and animal fats, chemical products, plastic goods, and food products.
Investor and Strategic Goals
The initiator of the industrial park’s creation is LLC “VK “Uladivka Oil Extraction Plant”. To develop the park’s infrastructure, the company plans to attract about 278.9 million hryvnias from various funding sources, including loans and state support programs.
As noted by Deputy Minister of Economy Vitalii Kindrativ, the oil and fat industry is a sector where Ukraine has undeniable raw material advantages. Therefore, the goal of the project is to transform this advantage into concrete jobs and increase the share of deep processing in the structure of domestic GDP, which fully aligns with the “Made in Ukraine” policy.
As of today, the state register of industrial parks in Ukraine already contains 119 facilities in various regions. In particular, the industrial park “Horokhiv” in the Volyn region, focused on producing high value-added products, was recently added. Additionally, in May, the creation of the “KHUST” park in Transcarpathia was announced, specializing in the production of food and industrial products.
