The state concern “Ukrainian Defense Industry” (“Ukroboronprom”) has announced the signing of new agreements with foreign manufacturers aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities.

Partnership with Spanish and American Companies
One of the key areas of cooperation has been the expansion of joint work with the Spanish company Escribano, which specializes in the production of combat modules. Within this collaboration, plans include not only the modernization of Ukrainian armored vehicles using innovative combat systems but also deepening cooperation in the field of air defense.
An agreement has also been reached with the American company LeVanta Tech Inc., which is engaged in the development of air-sea drones based on the “swim and fly” concept. Together, the parties intend to enhance technologies to improve the speed and resilience of Ukrainian drone systems.
Joint Production and Investments with European Partners
During negotiations with the Romanian company Romarm, the possibility of creating joint production facilities for technical means and drone platforms is being considered. In addition to manufacturing cooperation, the parties plan to attract joint investments to finance defense projects.
“Ukroboronprom” is already collaborating with the company on the modernization of armored vehicles using combat modules, and it is expected that this cooperation will deepen, as well as the development of interaction in the field of air defense.
At the same time, the government of Ukraine, together with representatives from Denmark, is negotiating the establishment of joint defense production facilities in that country. Additionally, discussions are underway regarding the creation of a demonstration hub in Denmark, where the latest Ukrainian security solutions will be showcased.
