‘Ukrfinzhytlo’ plans to issue up to 170,000 subsidized mortgage loans by 2030

The state company ‘Ukrfinzhytlo’ has announced ambitious plans to expand access to mortgage lending in Ukraine. By 2030, the organization intends to provide up to 170,000 subsidized mortgage loans totaling up to 270 billion hryvnias.

Increase in funding for the ‘eOselya’ program

In 2025, the financial resource for the ‘eOselya’ program is expected to reach 20 billion hryvnias, and by 2026, this amount will increase to 30 billion hryvnias. Such funding levels will significantly expand opportunities for Ukrainians to acquire their own housing on favorable terms.

Program results and impact on the housing market

Last week, within the framework of the ‘eOselya’ program, 162 loans were issued in Ukraine for a total of 294 million hryvnias. Of these, 116 loans are designated for purchasing housing in the primary market, with 41 of the properties still under construction. An additional 46 loans were issued for the purchase of homes in the secondary market.

Since the beginning of 2025, over 4,300 Ukrainians have already benefited from the program. The total amount of subsidized housing loans has reached 7.9 billion hryvnias. Since the launch of the program in October 2022, 19,002 loans have been issued for a total exceeding 31.7 billion hryvnias.

The ‘eOselya’ program is part of the ‘Made in Ukraine’ policy aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian goods and creating favorable conditions for the development of production.

The initiative is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the company ‘Ukrfinzhytlo’. Its goal is not only to provide Ukrainians with access to quality housing but also to support the development of national manufacturers and the construction industry as a whole.
