The Ukrainian company TAF Drones has undergone rebranding and now operates under the name TAF Industries. The enterprise is forming a holding structure, aiming to become the parent company for several innovative projects in the field of drone technologies.

Investments and Expansion of TAF Industries
Since mid-2023, TAF Industries has invested over 6 million dollars in acquiring stakes in other companies specializing in DefenceTech. To date, the holding unites five enterprises operating in the fields of FPV drone manufacturing, reconnaissance drones, electronic warfare systems, component imports, and software development. By the end of the year, the company plans to finalize two more investment agreements. In addition to acquiring stakes, TAF Industries is also purchasing small production facilities, engaging them as contractors.
Mass Production of Interceptors and Startup Development
The company Wild Hornets has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in launching mass production of interceptor drones, STING. At the same time, a training center has been opened, where operator training lasts up to three days. In four months, STING drones have helped destroy over a thousand enemy UAVs, with nearly half of them occurring in October. Each month, the company supplies thousands of units to the front lines.
The startup Swarmer, which is working on implementing swarm drone technology, has also achieved significant results in funding. The project received an investment of 500 thousand dollars from the new syndicate Oppenheimer Acceleration Fund, marking their first deal. The total amount of funds raised by Swarmer has recently reached 15 million dollars.
