The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made a decision to include two new facilities in the Register of Industrial Parks – ‘Medzhybizh Invest Park’ in the Khmelnytskyi region and ‘BIOINDUSTRYPARK’ in the Odesa region.

Development potential and job creation
According to the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, the implementation of these projects is expected to boost the economic potential of the regions and provide around 650 new jobs.
“The industrial park ‘Medzhybizh Invest Park’ is located in the territory of the Medzhybizh settlement territorial community of the Khmelnytskyi district of the Khmelnytskyi region.”
The area of the park is 13.0055 hectares. The project envisions the creation of a universal industrial site that will combine the production of building materials, the food industry, as well as the processing and storage of agricultural products.
Structure and development directions of the new parks
The second new park – ‘BIOINDUSTRYPARK’ – will be located in the Zelenohirska settlement territorial community of the Podilskyi district of the Odesa region. Its area is 11.5136 hectares. The main areas of activity here will be the food industry, agro-processing, machine engineering, and the production of packaging materials.
Both industrial parks plan to be developed according to the principles of a circular economy with the implementation of modern technologies and ecological production solutions, which will contribute to the sustainable development of the territories.
The total investment in ‘Medzhybizh Invest Park’ will be about 350 million UAH. For ‘BIOINDUSTRYPARK’, the project initiator plans to invest approximately 185 million UAH with the prospect of attracting additional private capital and funding from participants.
