Ukrainian farmers will receive significant support from the state: in 2025, they will be compensated for up to 25% of the costs for the construction or reconstruction of livestock farms, milking parlors, and facilities for processing by-products of animal origin. The reimbursement is available for projects implemented from February 24, 2022, to September 30, 2025, under the program “Financial Support for Agricultural Producers.”

Budget Support for Animal Husbandry and Processing
To stimulate the development of animal husbandry and related sectors, the state budget for 2025 allocates 1 billion hryvnias. These funds are aimed at reimbursing agricultural producers who invest in modern farms and processing facilities, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the Ukrainian agricultural sector.

Expansion of the List of Equipment for Compensation
In addition, the list of Ukrainian industrial equipment and machinery eligible for a 15% state compensation has been significantly updated. An additional 92 items have been added, bringing the total to 656 items from 28 Ukrainian enterprises. Among the new additions are transformers of various capacities, truck-mounted cranes, bridge cranes, and specialized machines for demining. This decision aims to stimulate the purchase of modern domestic equipment and support national manufacturers.
