The Fourth Industrial Park with $20.46 Million Investment Opens in Zhytomyr Region

The fourth industrial park, “Azortech,” has been officially registered in the Zhytomyr region, located in the city of Andrushivka. It is now the 106th participant in the state Register of Industrial Parks.

Potential of the New Industrial Park

The industrial site “Azortech” has been established for a term of 30 years. The park covers an area of 21.8 hectares, where enterprises specializing in the production of bioethanol, ready-made feeds, starch, starch products, flour, cereals, and other goods are planned to be located. It is expected that over 520 people will work at the enterprises within the industrial park.

“Investments in the development of the industrial site will amount to approximately ₴838.76 million ($20.46 million). The company ‘Azor-LTD,’ the initiator of the park’s creation, plans to invest $6.14 million of its own funds and expand financing through investors.”

Industrial Parks: Development of the Region and the Country

Previously, there were already three industrial parks operating in the Zhytomyr region: “Korosten,” “Zhytomyr-East,” and “Maryzhany.” Overall, the largest number of such facilities operate in Lviv, Kyiv, and Transcarpathia. A significant share of industrial clusters is also located in Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, and Chernivtsi regions.
