The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the launch of the new industrial park ‘Uladivka AgroOil Hub’, located in the village of Uladivka in the Khmilnyk district of Vinnytsia region. The corresponding decision allowed this park to be included in the Register of industrial parks of Ukraine.

Features and prospects of the new industrial park
The area of the new industrial park is 15.6552 hectares, and its operational term is set for 40 years. Within the park, it is planned to create up to 375 new jobs, which is expected to significantly enhance the industrial and economic potential of the region.
The key specialization of the park will be the placement of enterprises in the processing industry. The main focus will be on the production of oil, animal fats, other food products, as well as chemical products and plastic goods. The establishment of the industrial park will contribute to the development of local employment, the implementation of modern technologies, and the overall economic growth of the community.
Investments and organizational aspects
The initiator of the park’s creation is LLC ‘Uladivka Oil Extraction Plant’. To develop the park’s infrastructure, it is planned to attract 278.9 million UAH from various funding sources, including credit resources and state incentive programs.

Currently, the Register of industrial parks of Ukraine already includes 119 objects, indicating the active development of this sector in the country.
