Damage to the Tuapse Oil Refinery

One of the key targets was the Tuapse Oil Refinery located in the Krasnodar Krai. Following the attack, a large fire and smoke occurred at the facility. According to the General Staff, details regarding the damage are currently being clarified, as this refinery is one of the largest oil processing plants in southern Russia with an annual processing capacity of about 12 million tons of oil. The plant supplies fuel, including to Russian military units.

“A fire and smoke have been recorded at the facility. The extent of the damage is being clarified.”

Strikes on military infrastructure and command posts

According to the command, the Ukrainian Air Force units launched air-launched Storm Shadow missiles at the hardware and software complexes of the reconnaissance automation systems of the Russian Air Force in the areas of Voronezh, Taganrog, and occupied Sevastopol.

In addition, the Defense Forces struck command posts of the occupying forces in the areas of the settlements of Tsvitni Pisky and Sorokyne in the Luhansk region. A logistics supply depot was also hit in Sorokyne in Luhansk and a production facility for unmanned aerial vehicles in the Azov region of Zaporizhzhia.

Among the additional achievements of the Ukrainian military is the damage to the radar station “Nebо-SV” in the Kam’yanka area, as well as a command and staff vehicle from the Russian “Buk-M2” complex near Kadiyivka in the Luhansk region.

Prior to this, in the regions of Voronezh, Taganrog, Tuapse, and occupied Crimea, the local administration reported drone and missile strikes. In particular, in Sevastopol, which is under Russian control, a combined attack was recorded, part of which involved Storm Shadow missiles, as reported by the city’s appointed Russian leader Mykhailo Razvozhayev.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported the alleged destruction of 140 Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kursk, Oryol, and Tula regions, as well as over the Krasnodar Krai, occupied Crimea, and the waters of the Azov and Black Seas.

There is currently no independent confirmation of this information.

Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale aggression, the Ukrainian military has regularly struck strategic facilities on enemy territory. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has repeatedly emphasized that these actions are aimed at reducing the combat potential of the occupying forces and forcing Russia to cease its armed aggression against Ukraine.
