In Ternopil Region, grain production has been modernized, and an energy-independent poultry processing complex will be built in Volyn

The Ternopil plant “EKOR TZ” completed a large-scale modernization of its production facilities in 2025, installing a state-of-the-art technological line for the production of six types of instant flakes. Thanks to the new equipment, the company has started producing wheat, buckwheat, barley, and pea flakes, as well as two types of oat flakes.

This is reported by Finway

“For us, this is not just a new production line – it is a strategic step towards the development of the Ukrainian processing sector. We aim to show that it is possible to produce European-level products in Ukraine using domestic raw materials and modern technologies,” the plant reported.

The company’s future plans include expanding the production of flakes and considering the possibility of launching energy bars and muesli to broaden the range of finished products for consumers.

A modern poultry processing complex will appear in Volyn

At the same time, preparations are underway in the Volyn region for the construction of a modern industrial complex for poultry processing and a biogas power plant. The Rozhyshchenska City Council has approved the development of a detailed plan for the territory for the new facility, which will be built near the village of Trylisci on an area of over 31 hectares.

Expansion of production and creation of new jobs

It is expected that the biogas plant will provide the complex with its own energy, making it independent from external networks. The implementation of this project will create about 1,000 new jobs, which will positively impact the economic development of the region.
