The State Employment Service of Ukraine has launched an innovative tool based on artificial intelligence, designed to assist Ukrainians in their job search. The new digital assistant is already operational on the official website of the service at www.dcz.gov.ua/aijob.

This AI service allows users to quickly find relevant job vacancies based on keywords, city, and salary level. Additionally, the digital assistant analyzes resumes and suggests job options that best match the user’s professional experience and skills.

Security and Localization of the Service
An important advantage of the new tool is its complete independence from international platforms. The artificial intelligence has been specifically developed for the Ukrainian labor market, ensuring convenience, stability, and adaptation to the needs of Ukrainian citizens. This service is already available to users in a testing mode.
