Widespread Destruction of Enterprises in Khmelnytskyi and Kyiv
On the night of September 10, a sewing factory was destroyed in Khmelnytskyi as a result of yet another shelling by the Russian Federation, damaging a gas station and vehicles, and shattering windows in residential buildings. Such strikes have led to substantial economic losses for local businesses.
In Kyiv, in recent days, the enemy completely destroyed two warehouses of the telecommunications company “ROMSAT,” covering a total area of about 4,000 square meters. The company lost inventory, vehicles, and other equipment worth over 400 million hryvnias. Despite the severe consequences, “ROMSAT” is already restoring logistics processes and implementing temporary solutions to minimize the impact of the tragedy on its clients.
Destruction of Productions and Support for the Startup Community
Additionally, in the capital, Russian forces completely destroyed the production facilities of the confectionery Kremova, covering an area of 400 square meters. The final amount of damages is still being calculated, but the company is already gathering resources for further recovery of its operations.
The LIFT99 Kyiv Hub, a space for developing the startup community, was also affected by Russian attacks. Estonian entrepreneur Ragnar Sass, co-founder of the European fund Darkstar and the LIFT99 community, reported that the damages to LIFT99 Kyiv Hub exceeded 250,000 euros by the end of August. Despite this, LIFT99 plans to resume operations and open its doors for Ukrainian startups in November 2025.
“ROMSAT” continues to operate, already restoring logistics processes and organizing temporary solutions to minimize the impact of the tragedy on clients.
