The total revenue of the ten largest retailers in Ukraine reached UAH 647.3 billion in 2025, which is 22% higher than the results of the previous year. This indicates a steady growth in the retail market even in the face of challenges related to security and infrastructure issues.

Top Three Leaders in Ukrainian Retail
Traditionally, the first place in the ranking is held by the “ATB-Market” chain, which earned UAH 247.35 billion in revenue over the year. This figure accounts for more than a third of the total turnover of the largest retailers in the country. The company’s profit amounted to UAH 3.43 billion.
In second place is the “Silpo” chain, which is part of the Fozzy Group. Its annual revenue increased to UAH 106.07 billion, while the company’s net profit rose 7.5 times.
The third place has been held for the second consecutive year by the national chain “Aurora,” which demonstrates some of the best financial results. The company’s turnover reached UAH 49.25 billion, and its profit was UAH 4.52 billion.
Other Ranking Participants and Newcomers
The top five also includes the “Fora” chain with a revenue of UAH 44.34 billion and the home appliance retailer Comfy, which generated UAH 39 billion in revenue.
The sixth position went to the Novus chain with a figure of UAH 34.69 billion. In the second half of the list are the companies Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine, EVA, WOG, and Rozetka.
“Market participants note that retail operations occur under constant risks – from shelling and infrastructure damage to energy challenges.”
Not all retailers ended the year with a profit. In particular, Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine incurred losses of UAH 380.9 million, while Rozetka recorded losses of about UAH 39 million, which caused its drop from fifth to tenth place in the ranking.
A new entrant to the top ten is the company “Petrol Contract,” which operates under the WOG brand. It demonstrated the highest revenue growth among all participants, increasing this figure by 1.7 times.
It is worth noting that the threshold for entering the top 10 retailers has risen – the minimum annual turnover required to make the list has reached about UAH 30 billion. Some large chains, including the Varus supermarket and the “Velyka Kyshenya” chain, have remained outside this year’s ranking despite their financial growth.
At the same time, major market players are not only maintaining their positions but also continuing to expand their networks, open new stores, and pay significant taxes to the state budget.
As a reminder, according to the results of 2025, the leader in revenue among Ukrainian companies was LLC “D.Trading,” which declared UAH 292.4 billion, exceeding the previous year’s result by 35.5%.
