PrivatBank Raises Dollar and Euro Rates After the Weekend

PrivatBank has updated its currency rates for Monday, August 25. As of this morning, the dollar exchange rate to the hryvnia at the bank’s branches has increased by 20 kopecks, reaching 41.60 UAH per dollar. Meanwhile, the euro rate has risen by 50 kopecks, reaching 48.85 UAH per euro.

Updated Rates for Buying and Selling

For bank customers wishing to sell cash currency, the selling rate for the dollar is 41.00 UAH per unit, while the euro can be exchanged at a rate of 47.85 UAH. Thus, the bank has established a significant difference between the buying and selling rates of the main currencies.

Card Payments: New Tariffs

The dollar rate for transactions using payment cards at PrivatBank has increased by 18 kopecks, now standing at 41.67 UAH. Similarly, the euro rate for card payments has risen to 48.78 UAH.

The dollar rate for card payments at the bank is 41.67 UAH, while the euro is 48.78 UAH.

Changes in the currency rates set by the bank reflect the overall trend of a gradual increase in foreign currency rates against the hryvnia in the Ukrainian financial market.
