Partnership for Developing the Innovation Ecosystem
WIN-WIN EDIH was established under the European Union’s “Digital Europe” program, which has a total budget of €7.9 billion. The collaboration with Payoneer aims to strengthen Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem through knowledge sharing, professional education, and the implementation of modern digital solutions.
Over the next four years, the initiative plans to reach over a thousand organizations—from startups and SMEs to government agencies and research centers. This will significantly accelerate the country’s digital transformation and deepen its integration into the European innovation community.
Focus on Future Technologies
Particular attention within the partnership is given to the development of sectors such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, cybersecurity, automation, EdTech, energy, and green technologies. The program helps Ukrainian companies implement advanced DeepTech solutions, which will enhance their long-term competitiveness in the global market.
The goal is to help Ukrainian startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) successfully scale into international markets.
