Issues with conditions in the carriages
Passengers report a critical state of the carriages: snow is getting inside, and the heating system is not working. Considering that the journey takes over three hours one way, the lack of heat and proper conditions significantly complicates daily trips.
“The problem is not new, but now, after publications on social media, the issue is gaining attention. People are waiting for a response from Lviv’s ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’,” wrote Hlahola.
Reduction of services and railway response
According to the journalist, three additional services have already been removed from the route, leaving only one train in the morning and one in the evening. Heating was turned on only after the problem gained widespread attention. However, passengers continue to wait for a systematic solution to the situation from the Lviv branch of ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’.
