Owners of housing that has been damaged or destroyed due to military actions in the Dnipropetrovsk region have been granted the right to a temporary exemption from gas delivery charges. This new regulation applies to residents of the Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih, and Synelnykove districts, whose homes have become uninhabitable or have suffered from accidents in the gas networks.

Conditions and Procedure for Suspending Charges
To take advantage of the exemption from gas distribution payments, consumers must complete several steps. First of all, they need to personally visit the local Customer Service Center, where staff will assist in filing an application for the suspension of charges. It is necessary to bring a passport, taxpayer identification number, and an inspection report of the damaged or destroyed housing.
The inspection report is prepared by the emergency service after a call to 104. To do this, you should inform the operator of the full address of the property, as well as the owner’s first and last name. An emergency dispatch team will arrive at the site, conduct an inspection, and prepare the relevant document, based on which the gas delivery charges will be suspended.
Temporary Nature of the Exemption and Further Steps
“After the application is filed, gas delivery bills will no longer be issued until the building is fully restored and gas supply is resumed.”
This measure allows residents affected by the destruction to avoid additional financial burdens during the period of restoring their homes and normalizing energy supply. However, the exemption from payment is temporary and applies only to those whose housing has been damaged as a result of hostilities.
After the repairs are completed and the housing returns to normal operation, owners must reapply to the ‘Gas Network’ and provide the necessary documents to restore standard gas delivery payment.
