Agricultural Sector Development Strategy and Expansion of Land Bank
OKKO Group emphasized that the acquisition of Kairos-Holding is an important component of the company’s agricultural development strategy, particularly in the context of expanding the land bank. The company is focusing on the Ternopil and Rivne regions, where the main agricultural areas of Kairos-Holding are located. These regions attract favorable natural and climatic conditions, as well as consistently high yield indicators compared to other regions of Ukraine.
Investments in Modern Infrastructure and Cooperation
OKKO Group is completing the construction of a modern elevator that will provide storage for up to 60,000 tons of grain. In addition, the construction of a bioethanol plant with an annual capacity of 85,000 tons is underway. The launch of the facility is scheduled for the second half of 2026, which will be an important step in the development of the processing industry and the implementation of innovative technologies in the production process.
Besides scaling its own infrastructure, OKKO is actively developing partnerships in the region. In particular, the company collaborates with Hadz-Agro (Ternopil region), jointly implementing modern agricultural technologies and expanding agricultural production.
Kairos-Holding specializes in the cultivation of grains, legumes, and oilseeds, is involved in construction organization, mediation in the trade of various goods, and wholesale distribution of solid, liquid, and gaseous fuels.
OKKO Group noted that this acquisition is a logical continuation of the group’s agricultural development strategy, particularly the expansion of the land bank.
