During the first six months of 2025, nine new and renovated hotels with a total of over 1,000 rooms opened in Ukraine.

New hotels in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and other cities
Among the hotels that opened this year are the Panorama Skhidnytsya SPA Resort in Lviv region, which offers 71 rooms for guests, Mayak Resort in Kyiv with 82 rooms, and Tulip Residences in Lviv, which has 73 rooms available. Odesa welcomed the Archotel Avenue with 334 rooms, and Edem Kyiv opened in Kyiv region with 35 rooms. Additionally, a mini-hotel named Lyubych started operations in Lviv, featuring 31 rooms.
The Optima Collection River Park hotel in Lutsk has been renovated and is once again welcoming visitors. The Holiday Inn Kyiv has partially resumed operations after a missile attack, bringing 77 of its 208 rooms back into service. Also, the “Aquapark Zatoka” in Odesa has reopened, having previously ceased operations in 2021, and currently offers 243 rooms for vacationers.
Plans for hotel infrastructure development by 2026
According to a study, at least ten new hotels with a total of around 2,000 rooms are expected to open in Ukraine by the end of 2025, with most projects being implemented in the western regions of the country. Among them are Glacier Premium Apartments by VD Group with 810 rooms and six new properties from Ribas Hotels Group.
In the next three years, several more hotel projects are anticipated to launch. Notably, the announced Kavalier Park Apartment by Onur Group deserves attention. The Turkish developer is investing 35 million euros in creating a premium residential complex with hotel rooms in Lviv. The complex will include a separate section with 61 rooms for short-term stays. Its commissioning is planned for 2026.
