New Industrial Park in Chernihiv Region
The Cabinet of Ministers has registered the 114th industrial park “Nosivski Hospodarstva” in Chernihiv region. The area of the new industrial site exceeds 14 hectares, and the implementation of the project is expected to create approximately 700 jobs in the manufacturing sector. The park will host enterprises engaged in food production, alternative energy, and scientific and technical activities. To develop the industrial cluster, nearly 716 million hryvnias in investments are planned, and the Nosivka City Council has already allocated 500,000 hryvnias for the initial funding of the project.

Modern Fish Processing Plant in Poltava Region
Within the Smart Tech Industry industrial park in Poltava region, plans are underway to build a modern fish processing complex. The new enterprise will have a capacity of 3,000 tons of products per year and will provide jobs for 500 people. The plant will specialize in the cultivation of salmon species and will carry out a full cycle of raw material processing, producing fresh and frozen fillets, minced fish, and other products.
Additionally, in Cherkasy region, an industrial complex of the former “Irkliivskyi Maslosyrzavod” with a total area of over 5,200 square meters is up for sale. The starting price of the lot, which has developed engineering infrastructure, is 10.9 million hryvnias.
