New Grant Programs for Business and Agriculture Recovery Launched in Ukraine

В Україні стартувала низка програм підтримки бізнесу.

The Ukrainian tea producer and supplier Teahouse will be the first company in the country to receive a grant for business recovery following the massive attack by the Russian Federation on Dnipro that occurred on the night of July 25-26, 2025. As a result of the shelling, the company lost about 100 tons of tea, and its workshops and production equipment were destroyed.

This is reported by Finway

“As a result, Teahouse applied for a recovery grant. The company is the first in Ukraine to receive it. The application has already been approved and is being prepared for issuance”

This initiative is part of the expanded program “Grants for Processing Enterprises,” which the Ukrainian government updated in July 2025. From now on, this program not only provides support for production expansion but also financial assistance for the recovery of businesses affected by shelling. The maximum grant amount can reach 16 million hryvnias, but the sum will not exceed the actually confirmed losses.

State Support for Farmers: New Opportunities

In addition to supporting the production sector, starting from October 1, 2025, farmers will be able to apply through DАР for partial compensation of expenses for the construction and reconstruction of livestock farms and complexes for cattle, milking parlors, as well as facilities for processing animal by-products. The application period will last until October 20 inclusive.

Conditions for Receiving Compensation

The compensation covers up to 25% of the costs for implementing the relevant projects. Funds are allocated only for those facilities whose construction or reconstruction began after February 24, 2022, and were put into operation between January 1 and September 30, 2025.
