Full Production Cycle and Modern Technologies

The production complex will implement a closed cycle: from growing quality potatoes to their deep processing into products demanded by the food industry. By using leading European technological lines, the enterprise will be able to produce high-quality mash, allowing it to compete with the largest market players.

The factory is expected to meet the needs of consumers in the western region of Ukraine, as well as open opportunities for export to the markets of the European Union and Asia. The cluster is also considering the prospect of investing in the creation of a potato starch production line for about ₴20 million.

“The cluster will provide a complete cycle – from growing potatoes to deep processing into products demanded by the food industry.”

Development of the Dairy Industry in Rivne Region

Meanwhile, active development is underway at the enterprise “SmakoSyr” in the Rivne region, which specializes in the production of natural dairy products. The company processes up to 20 tons of milk daily, offering the market approximately 40 varieties of products. Currently, new equipment for the production of hard cheeses is being installed at the enterprise, and a deep-freezing chamber is being prepared for launch, which will allow for an expanded product range and improved product quality.

In total, there are 11 dairy processing enterprises operating in Rivne region, indicating the dynamic development of the industry in the region.
