The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made a decision to include two large-scale projects in the Register of Industrial Parks – one in Zhytomyr region and the other in Odesa region, with a total investment exceeding 900 million hryvnias.

Industrial Park “Korosten-Podilskyi” in Zhytomyr Region
The industrial park “Korosten-Podilskyi” has been officially registered in the city of Korosten, covering an area of over 78 hectares. The initiative to create this industrial site was put forward by the Korosten City Council. The park is planned to host enterprises operating in the fields of woodworking, textile production, manufacturing of metal products, as well as the production of other non-metallic mineral products, machinery, equipment, concrete products, bricks, and construction mixtures. Additionally, the park will develop information technology and electronic communications sectors. The implementation of the project will create between 2,300 and 4,000 new jobs, and approximately 150 million hryvnias in investments are planned to be attracted for industrial development.
Industrial Site “NEXUS Odesa” in Odesa Region
Another new industrial park is “NEXUS Odesa,” located in the Nerubaysk community of Odesa region on a site of over 21 hectares. The project was initiated by the company “Ecostandart Service.” The production cluster will operate in several directions: food and beverage production, machinery and equipment, construction metal structures and products, as well as building materials. An important focus will be on implementing projects in the field of alternative energy. Approximately 1,000 jobs are expected to be created, and the total investment in this park will exceed 747.7 million hryvnias.
“Korosten-Podilskyi” will ensure the creation of 2,300-4,000 jobs. The city council plans to attract ₴150 million for industrial development.
