Logistics Companies’ Revenues Increased by 12% in 2024

In 2024, the ten leading companies in the transport and logistics sector generated over ₴243 billion in total revenue, which is 12% more compared to 2023. Eight of these companies showed revenue growth, but only five of them managed to achieve net profit. The total profit of the top five most successful companies amounted to ₴8.16 billion, while the losses of the four other companies totaled ₴12.1 billion. One more company remained at a break-even point.

The state owns half of the market-leading companies, which account for over 70% of the total revenue of the top companies, amounting to ₴171.89 billion. The highest revenue was generated by “Ukrzaliznytsia,” which earned ₴102.87 billion (+11%), but incurred a loss of ₴4.19 billion. The ranking also included state companies “Ukrtransgaz,” “Ukrposhta,” “Operator GTS of Ukraine,” and “Ukrtransnafta.”

Results of NOVA Group Companies

For the second consecutive year, “Nova Poshta” ranks second in the Index, belonging to the NOVA group. Its revenue increased by 23%, reaching ₴44.78 billion. However, the company’s profit decreased by 37.5%, amounting to ₴2.5 billion. Another company from the NOVA group, “Neo-Trans,” also made it into the Index, showing the fastest revenue growth among the top ten leaders: +100% (₴6.5 billion). Its profit also increased by 100%, reaching ₴116.55 million.

Profit Leaders in the Industry

“Logistic Union” from the ATB group achieved the highest profit among all market participants, totaling ₴3.06 billion, which is 40% more compared to previous years.
