According to an analysis of over 5,500 current job vacancies conducted by the Kyiv Employment Service, the highest demand is currently observed for installers of radio-electronic equipment and devices, with nearly 300 such vacancies opened. The average salary for this category reaches approximately 27,000 hryvnias, although at certain enterprises it can be significantly higher. Experts attribute this increased demand to the growth of production volumes, modernization of enterprises, as well as the development of the defense-industrial sector.
There is also a high demand for drivers of motor vehicles, with around 200 companies currently seeking such specialists. The employment service notes that the demand for drivers remains stable due to the active development of logistics, the necessity of transporting goods, and the restoration of commercial activities in Kyiv and the surrounding region. The average salary for drivers is up to 22,000 hryvnias, but in specialized fields or large transport companies, it can reach 100,000 hryvnias per month.
In-Demand Professions and Opportunities for Retraining

- chefs – 116 vacancies;
- accountants – 104 vacancies;
