Activity of Foreign Investors

Over the past three years, starting from 2022, Ukraine has seen a steady increase in the number of businesses established with foreign capital involvement. The most active registrations of companies and individual entrepreneurs with foreign participation have been made by citizens from countries such as Turkey, the USA, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom. This indicates a growing interest from international investors in the Ukrainian market even amid the ongoing war.

“The largest number of new companies and individual entrepreneurs with foreign capital in Ukraine from 2022 to 2025 were registered by citizens of Turkey, the USA, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Each year since the onset of the full-scale war has seen an increase in the number of newly opened businesses with foreign capital from almost every one of these countries.”

A significant portion of business activity remains concentrated in large cities and industrial regions, which continue to attract both Ukrainian and international entrepreneurs.
