The Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision to include the industrial park “BRIL PARK”, located in the Zhmerinka urban territorial community of the Vinnytsia region, in the state register of industrial parks. The project, which covers nearly 28 hectares, is planned to operate for 34 years.

Investments and Development Prospects
The initiator of the park’s creation, the Closed Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund “ERAGON”, plans to attract over 1 billion hryvnias in investments. Funding will be sourced from its own funds, state incentive programs, and private investments from future residents. The implementation of the project will create up to 390 new jobs in the manufacturing sector, positively impacting employment in the region.
Park Activity Areas
The industrial park will host enterprises operating in three main areas:
- Food Industry – production of flour and grain products, starches, ready-made animal feeds, as well as processing and canning of fruits and vegetables.
- Industrial Production – manufacturing of wooden products, porcelain and ceramic goods, abrasives, and other non-metallic mineral products.
- Innovations and IT – development of scientific and technical activities, information, and telecommunications sectors.

Overall, the state register of industrial parks in Ukraine now includes over 113 facilities, indicating the growing popularity and potential of such projects for the economic development of regions.
