In 2024, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, earned over one million hryvnias, while his wife, Kateryna Shmyhal, founded her own business. According to the information provided in the annual income declaration submitted by the head of the government, the couple’s assets increased by 30 thousand dollars.

Denys Shmyhal’s salary in 2024 amounted to 1.16 million hryvnias, and he did not receive any other income. Meanwhile, his wife received:
- a salary of 24 thousand hryvnias;
- income from entrepreneurship of 7.46 million hryvnias;
- a disability pension of 35.3 thousand hryvnias;
- income from the sale of property, presumably a 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport, amounting to 994.7 thousand hryvnias.
Additionally, in February 2024, Kateryna Shmyhal established her own company “Kadis UA,” whose main activity is the rental and operation of real estate. This company is wholly owned by her.
By the end of the year, the couple’s dollar assets amounted to 382 thousand dollars, which is 30 thousand more compared to the previous year. Their savings in the national currency are primarily held in bank accounts (827 thousand hryvnias) and in cash, which amounts to 254 thousand hryvnias.
The remaining sections of the declaration, particularly regarding real estate, remained unchanged. The couple owns:
- a house, a land plot, a garage, and a non-residential premises in Lviv;
- two land plots in the village of Khorosnytsia near Lviv;
- another land plot in Lviv is co-owned, with Kateryna Shmyhal holding 25%.
