In particular, Ukrainian citizens concluded the highest number of transactions, acquiring 9,162 apartments — over half of all properties sold to foreigners. The demand from Ukrainians continues to grow compared to previous years.

The average cost per square meter of housing in the primary market in Poland currently ranges from PLN 12,000 to 14,000 (approximately €2,700 to €3,200). The highest prices are recorded in large cities such as Warsaw, Krakow, and Wroclaw, where prices can reach PLN 15,000 to 18,000 per square meter. In smaller towns or outskirts, the average price is significantly lower — from PLN 8,000 to 10,000 per square meter.
