Opportunities and Conditions for Participation in the Screening

Citizens aged 40 and older will receive push notifications in the Diia app 30 days after their birthday. To participate, it is necessary to accept the notification and activate the Diia Card or use an existing one. Within seven days, 2000 hryvnias will be credited to the card, which can only be used for the health screening.

What the Screening Program Includes

  • Completion of a questionnaire and assessment of individual health risks, including cardiovascular diseases, the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, and mental health status.
  • Physical examination: measurement of blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm, anthropometric indicators.
  • Laboratory tests reflecting the condition of the heart, blood vessels, and kidneys.
  • Provision of individual lifestyle and health recommendations, and if necessary, prescription of medications or referral for further examinations or treatment.

The examination can be conducted at any state, municipal, or private medical institution participating in the program. More detailed information can be found on the website screening.moz.gov.ua.
