Goals and Features of the Program

The program focuses on the prevention and timely detection of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and mental health disorders. Special attention is given to simplifying the participation process: no paper documents are required, and there are no queues or long waiting times. Basic services will be available through the “Diia” app.

“The government notes that participation in the program is maximally simplified: no paper documents, queues, or long waiting times. The main services will be available through the ‘Diia’ app.”

How to Use the Program Without Diia

Citizens who do not use the “Diia” app will also be able to undergo examinations. To do this, they need to obtain a plastic Diia Card from one of the partner banks and visit the nearest administrative services center (ASC).

Examinations can be conducted in state, municipal, and private medical institutions across the country, regardless of the place of registration. The main condition is the participation of the medical facility in the “Health Screening 40+” program. Soon, the National Health Service of Ukraine will publish a list of medical facilities that have joined the program.
