The construction of the new Feednova Center plant has begun in the Zvenyhorodka community of Cherkasy region, specializing in the production of high-protein feed additives and animal fats. The project has received support at the state level and will become one of the largest in this sector in Ukraine.

Investments in Industry and Agriculture
Feednova Center is positioned as an investment project aimed at promoting the development of industry, particularly agriculture and livestock, and creating added value in Ukraine. The total investment in the construction of the enterprise amounts to 649.8 million UAH, which is equivalent to approximately 14.4 million euros.
The future plant will have significant export potential, as the demand for high-protein feed additives and animal fats is steadily increasing both in the domestic market and in the countries of the European Union, the Middle East, and Asia.
State Support and Environmental Responsibility
The Ministry of Economy has already provided the investor with a conclusion on the feasibility of implementing the project. Currently, the order for signing the contract between the state and the investor is under approval by the central executive authorities. It is expected that the agreement will be officially concluded in the near future.
“This is an example of how state support, private investments, and strategic vision can come together to create competitive production in Ukraine. Even in wartime, Ukrainian investors see potential, trust state mechanisms, and invest in high-tech processing,” said Vitaliy Kindraty, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
According to officials, Feednova Center not only strengthens the region’s economy by creating new jobs but also shapes a modern industrial policy based on the principle of ‘Made in Ukraine.’ Special attention is paid to the environmental aspect: the enterprise plans to effectively utilize by-products from meat processing, which aligns with the principles of sustainable development in the agricultural sector.
Feednova Center will be the first project in Ukraine to receive compensation for the cost of constructed engineering and transport infrastructure facilities as early as 2025. The volume of state support is estimated at 172.1 million UAH.
