Ukrainian businesses are actively utilizing preferential lending programs: since the beginning of 2025, entrepreneurs have received over 19,400 preferential loans. The total amount of funds raised reached approximately 58 billion UAH. Just last week, companies secured 310 loans totaling over 1.1 billion UAH.

Most Active Sectors and Regions
Preferential loans are most commonly used by enterprises operating in the manufacturing industry, agricultural sector, as well as in wholesale and retail trade. A significant portion of these companies operates in areas with heightened military risk.
Since the beginning of the year, the largest amounts of loans have been directed towards:
- development of the manufacturing industry — 16.3 billion UAH;
- investment projects — 15.4 billion UAH;
- support for businesses in high military risk zones — 14.2 billion UAH.
Results of the Business Lending Program
Since the launch of the state program in February 2020, entrepreneurs have secured over 123,800 loans totaling approximately 424 billion UAH. Of these, 89,000 loans amounting to 334 billion UAH were issued after the introduction of martial law.
The largest volumes of lending have been recorded in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa regions. A total of 46 authorized banks are participating in the implementation of the program.
