Dynamics of Global Prices and Features of Different Types of Gold

In global markets, gold prices remain stable after reaching a historic high. As of September 23, 2025, the spot price of gold has increased by 0.2% to 3,753.25 dollars per troy ounce. Earlier during the trading session, a record high of 3,759.02 dollars per ounce was recorded. This increase is attributed to expectations of further rate cuts in the U.S. and the weakening of the American dollar.

The differences between red, yellow, and white gold are determined not only by appearance but also by the chemical composition of the alloy and its price. Pure gold, which has the highest purity (999), is typically used for making bank bars. It serves as the basis for gold reserves and is stored in special packaging to protect it from damage.

For creating jewelry, 585 purity gold is most commonly used. This alloy combines an attractive color with practicality for processing, making it popular among craftsmen and buyers.
