Well-known Western companies are ramping up drone production in Ukraine, actively sourcing local components for their technological solutions. In particular, the German manufacturer Quantum Systems has deployed a network of secret factories in various regions of Ukraine. These facilities produce about 80 reconnaissance drones of the Vector model each month. The distribution of production capacities across the country helps minimize risks associated with Russian attacks.

Ukrainian Components Valued in Other Countries
The Lithuanian company Granta Autonomy has also started using Ukrainian parts for the production of its drones. This decision was driven by the high quality and reliability of Ukrainian components, proven during combat operations. Granta Autonomy is not the only Western company collaborating with Ukrainian manufacturers — the trend of utilizing domestic developments is becoming increasingly noticeable among European and American players in the drone market.
At the same time, Quantum Systems is developing drone production in Germany, the USA, and Australia. The main factory in Germany reaches a monthly production volume of approximately 120 units.
The active development of partnerships between Western companies and Ukrainian manufacturers contributes to strengthening Ukraine’s defense potential and integrating the national industry into global technological processes.
