The event is scheduled for August 1-2 at the National Convention Center in the capital of Vietnam. The organizers are Kyros Ventures and SSID, with key support from the National Cybersecurity Association of Vietnam (NCA), the country’s leading regulator in the field of digital security.
GM Vietnam 2025 is expected to gather over 20,000 participants, 200 speakers from various countries, and showcase at least 30 interactive booths. The event program will include panel discussions on artificial intelligence and Web3, DePIN infrastructure, and zero-knowledge proof technologies.
Combining Technology, Culture, and Community
The organizers aim to take the event beyond the classic format of blockchain conferences by blending modern technologies with Vietnam’s national identity. The choice of venue is not accidental: Hanoi, with its rich history and growing technological potential, will provide an ideal space for discussing the future of the blockchain industry, Web3 frameworks, and the country’s digital economy.
Alongside the main program, thematic networking events will be held in the city, allowing connections to be made between investors, developers, startups, artists, and students. Additionally, the official hackathon finals will take place as part of GM Vietnam 2025.
One of the main innovations will be a large-scale Treasure Hunt challenge, where participants will earn points for their activity at booths, participation in panels, mini-games, and tasks through a special app. The leaderboard will be updated in real time, and the 100 most active participants will receive exclusive rewards from a prize pool of over 300 million dong (nearly $12,000). Souvenirs, gifts from sponsors, and branded merchandise will also be raffled off.
“This is not just another stop on the global tech calendar. It is a place where ideas turn into actions, and the future of decentralized technologies is shaped in real time,” said representatives of the event.
The involvement of the National Cybersecurity Association of Vietnam underscores the organizers’ commitment to ensuring a safe, innovative, and responsible development of the Web3 ecosystem in the country.
